Registry Mechanic 8 Brings Something Really Cool
Registry Mechanic 8 has been released. It brings with it a few features that I am particularly interested in. The features that I am most interested in is the tuning of windows services. For some reason, some of the PCs I work on have a strange pause during boot that cause certain applications to wait an extended amount of time before they can actually start. For example, some machines will not let the printer services nor internet explorer start until some invisible background processing is done. Strangely, other applications such as antivirus, sound control and camera apps start right away. These are the oddities that I look to registry mechanic 8 to solve through this new tune up services feature.
